REV’IT! Tornado 3 Trousers
With the REV’IT! Tornado 3 trousers, the rider is prepared for almost every kind of weather condition during rides in the spring, summer, or fall. The detachable hydratex®|Lite 2-in-1 liner will keep your legs dry and warm in colder temperatures and bad weather. When riding in higher temperatures, the liner can be removed to allow cool air to flow through the PWR|shell mesh panels at the upper and lower legs. Protection is provided by our award-winning CE-level 2 SEEFLEX™ armor at the knees and SEESMART™ armor at the hips. Making sure you get the perfect fit every time, the rider can easily adjust the trousers via adjustment straps at the hips and tabs on the calves.

The adjustable knee protection pockets allow you to tailor the CE-rated knee protection to three different heights to perfectly fit your body and for optimal comfort while riding.

- YKK slide lock front closure
This unique front closure works like a slide lock and once closed it won’t open up spontaneously. The slide locks into a conical shaped slider ensuring they won’t separate until you want them to.

The trousers are prepared for the Strapper suspenders. The Strapper can be connected to the short connection zipper at the back and the specially made hook and loop attachment point on the front side. The suspenders are compatible with a selection of trousers from the REV’IT! collection.

In these garments we have added a thermal liner to the detachable hydratex® | G-liner. This becomes one layer that can be easily removed on warm, dry days, and easily added when you need protection from the rain and cold.
WATERPROOFING & BREATHABILITY
- Detachable hydratex®|Lite 2-in-1 liner
This garment has a detachable hydratex®|Lite 2-in-1 liner, providing waterproofing as well as insulation. Riders stay dry and warm with this feature.
OUTER SHELL
- polyester ripstop
Polyester yarns woven into a ripstop. Thick reinforcement threads are interwoven at regular intervals into the fabric in a crosshatch pattern known as ripstop.
- PWR|shell 750D
Consisting of 100% high-performance polyamide yarns, PWR|shell 750D takes the best properties of a nylon with a high melting point, tremendous tear and abrasion-resistance, and excellent durability and then puts the unique REV’IT! design stamp on it. It provides high-performance protection for every rider.
- PWR|shell mesh
This PWR|shell is knitted in an open structure, to allow for breathability and flexibility, which maintains comfort as well as safety.

This PWR|shell material has a wax coating for a slightly dull look.

REV’IT! Belt Safeway
The Safeway is the first belt that makes it possible to connect your jeans to your jacket with the connection zipper. All REV'IT! jackets and all REV'IT! jeans are prepared for the belt and by using it you will be safer and more comfortable as your back won't be exposed at any time. When the belt is connected to the jacket it will put pressure on the belt loops, the REV'IT! jeans are prepared for that thanks to diagonally placed belt loops on the side and the double belt loops at the back rise.

REV’IT! Seesoft RV Back Protector
The SEESOFT™ CE-Level 2 back protector insert is designed to absorb variable impacts without compromising on comfort, ventilation or freedom of movement. The highly impact-resistant blend of Nitrille and Polynorbornene rubber results in a memory foam that is multi-impact rated and CE certified to the highest level (EN 1621-2:2003 - level 2).
In the case of severe angular impact, the individual Memory foam layers will shift relative to one another, resulting in impact dispersion over a larger effective surface area, and therefore minimizing the energy that is transmitted to the spine and back.
By applying a multiple-layer concept, REV’IT! has developed a flexible back protector insert that performs consistently in all conditions.

REV’IT! Hip Protector Seesoft
The REVIT Tryonic Seesoft hip protectors are made of a highly impact-resistant blend of synthetic memory foam that is multi-impact rated and CE Certified to the European standard EN1621-1:2012. The protectors are composed of multiple layers. The memory foam will absorb the first impact but the transmitted energy to the joint is further reduced by the shifting layer concept. The different layers employ a unique shifting-layer feature that provides extra protection in the event of a crash. When the protector is under the impact, the individual memory foam layers will shift relative to each other, which disperses the force of the crash over a larger surface area and effectively minimizes the force that is transmitted to the body.
